Wonderful house and wonderful location!
We loved staying at Magic House! It was very spacious for our family of 5. Our 3 kids loved having their own rooms and TVs to retreat to at the end of a long day. The game room and pool were wonderful amenities and used often. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We did make a quick run to the Dollar Tree down the road to get some dishwashing detergent, paper towel, laundry detergent, and extra toilet paper, but it was minimal what we needed. The location of this house is ideal if planning on visiting Disney, and it was an easy drive to Universal. This house was budget friendly and family friendly. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

Great alternative to Disney Resorts

We stayed here for our Disney vacation and are very glad we choose it over a Disney resort. We had two families so it was great to be able to relax at the house while the kids played in the pool rather than one of us sitting in the the hot sun to watch them play at a resort. For breakfast and dinner we either cooked at the house or ate a one of the many restaurants in the area. We never waited for a table during the week but on the weekends I would recommend cooking or making reservations. There were 4 adults and two children (under 10) and this house was great. If we make a trip back anytime soon I will be staying here again. Location: 5-10 minutes from Disney depending on which park you are going to. To avoid traffic at Formosa and 192 we took Livingston to Old Lake Wilson. From Lake Wilson at 192 you can take a right to get to World Drive, or a left to Sherberth Rd. Cleanliness: Overall the house was very clean. We saw several sugar ants but never really had a problem with them. Having the washer and dryer also came in handy. We used it more than we anticipated. Pool: The pool and spa were clean, as pictured and got plenty of use. If you pay for spa heat make sure you leave the switch next to the light switch on or you will have to wait several hours for it to heat up again. There were no instructions left on the heater operation but after a call to the management company we learn how it operated and had no further problems. Amenities: We had plenty of towels, pillows, sheets and cooking utensils. The only complaint we had is that there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. It wasn't a big expense, just inconvenient. Also Plan on buying paper towels, detergent for dishwasher and washing machine, and soap for kitchen sink. We never had a problem with water pressure or hot water. Beds: I usually do not sleep well when away from home but the king bed was very comfortable. I was doubtful at first because it was very plush on top and I prefer firm beds. However, I slept well and never woke up with a back ache. Game Room: Between Disney and the pool we did not use the game room much but the pictures accurately portray it. Just know that it is not air conditioned

Home away from Home

The home was very comfortable, and exceptionally well kept and clean. All amenities needed were there, and it is located very close to the Disney World Parks. Depending on the park, it took between 7 and 14 minutes to go and return each way. One note for out of state guests however. Do not park your car in the driveway with even an inch protruding over the sidewalk. I received a County ticket for $50.00. That evidently is state or county law. We plan to rent this home again, and the management team is great also.

My family and I stayed at the Magic House on our vacation this year and we all agree that it made our vacation even better. My kids felt right at home and felt that it was much better than staying in a hotel. My husband and I both being working parents, liked the fact that we were able to save money by cooking meals each night and not having to eat out. We thank the owner for keeping it so nice and clean. We look forward to coming back!

The owner always answered emails quickly. We would go back tomorrow if we could! The only thing missing were alarm clocks in the master bedrooms.

Family of 4 from WI spent the week at this home. We loved everything about it. The house was clean. The pool was clean and well kept. Everything was as described in the Homeaway web site. Was so nice to come back from the long hot day at Disney and hop into the nice cool pool.

This house is perfectly located for all Disney attractions. It also
has all the amenities you can desire. A kitchen equip to the max, 2 adults bedrooms and 2 children bedrooms, a pool, a game room, ample space... It also is located in a nice neighborhood. Very
quiet.
The owners are very nice and prompt to answer their email. We got stuck in Orlando for an extra day and they where very nice and fast to answer us so we didn't have to worry on where to
go.

Our family just returned from a week long stay in Florida. We truly had a magical vacation and this beautiful home played a big part. Everything is so new, fresh and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware / dishes. The owner and property manager were quite responsive to all our needs and inquiries. Loved the location with quick access to stores, restaurants and Disney. What we loved most was the pool, the park and the game room. Thank you so much.
